Lodge Adviser's Retreat (March 19)

Brother Arrowmen,

It's time once again for the annual Lodge adult retreat. Early each year we find a time to gather together as adults, to reconnect with the lodge and to work toward improvement. This is a great opportunity for all arrowmen to come out, meet the leadership, learn how we operate, find your place in the program, and to make sure your voice is heard. This years retreat will be held at the Aloha Council Presidents Hall, from 9am to 3pm. This event is open to ALL adult members of the lodge and we encourage your participation. Topics for discussion this year are: Membership Growth: Unit elections in a methodical way, Overall Lodge and Chapter action plans Adviser Roles: Personal Accountability Lodge and Chapter Advisers Ordeal and Ceremonies Advisers Adviser to other youth positions Lodge Communications Open Discussion Period This is also a call for topics. If you have a burning issue or concern that you would like to have addressed at this retreat, please contact the Lodge Adviser: Mr. John McMillan Sr, or the Lodge Finance Adviser: Mr; Bob Hann We invite all adults interested in attending to also RSVP at the same email addresses.
